ANNA QUAN US offers returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that sale items are eligible for store credit only, and final sale items cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
